Todd Bucher traded in a successful career in the advertising, marketing and magazine publishing fields to renovate a 1940s classic diner that whips up down-home American eats from breakfast favorites to burgers. Along with his wife and partner, Nina Kurath Bucher, Todd reinvented his career and pursued his culinary passion, serving up unique solutions to new business challenges along the way. He is a classic reinventor who converted a mid-twentieth century Silk City diner into a 21st century success story. Todd still finds time to pursue his favorite pastimes such as hunting, winter camping, travel, motorcycles, and the Packers and Wisconsin Badgers.
