From Degree to Job Offer: A Career Readiness Playbook for New Grads

✅ Train for the Interview (not just the job): You don’t need dozens of resumes—you need 5 STAR stories tailored to 5 high-impact themes.
✅ Think Beyond Job Titles: Look at functions—ops, enablement, revenue, project support—not just the buzzwords like “analyst” or “associate.”
✅ Make the First Move: Don’t wait. Reach out to hiring managers with insight, not just interest.
